Setting up a rescue Manchu Cultural Foundation
抢救满族文化基金会 （Rescue Manchu Cultural Foundation）简称RMCF正在筹备成立
目的是唤醒海内外所有满族同胞的民族意识和认识其生存现状，抢救濒临消亡的满洲语言和原始文化。
我们也希望热爱满洲文化的世界各族人士参与进来共同抢救满族语言文化
该基金会将在中国境外注册成立并运作，运作方式参照国际基金会模式进行运作管理。

Rescue Manchu Cultural Foundation (Rescue Manchu Cultural Foundation) are planning to set up short RMCF
Purpose of awakening all the Manchu compatriots at home and abroad the national consciousness and awareness of their survival status of Manchuria save endangered languages and primitive culture.
We also hope that all the world loves Manchuria culture come together to participate in the rescue of Manchu Language and Culture
The Foundation will be established and registered outside China, the operation mode of operation of the Foundation to operate the light of international management.
